We are happy to say you helped contribute to the Motorcycle Community being the second largest contributor to the Childrens Trust Fund, making many young smiling faces this year...... It really is a good thing. For us to be successful in getting all the money together to hand over to the Children we will need you to pay for your items and pick them up at the East Coast Riders House on 2758 Waverley Road. There are people there every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights - by 7 o'clock at night. No. The above link is American, but does have some good information to read if you still have questions. This is 2009 not 1969 and we don't have Motorcycle Gangs in Nova Scotia. We have a very compatible community where we all get along! Cant say that about the rest of Canada.. So please know what you are talking about before starting a rumour that may damage the comfort we have here in this province. |

| This couple who are Barry and Laurie Faulkner rode up from Weymouth in the rain to Dartmouth to participate in the Ride for Dad. Laurie's brother is a prostate cancer survivor and they raised the second highest in pledges. I think it was just over $2000.00 That is called Support! And always nice to hear about. |

| MMTA was another great turn out!.. Lots of riders for this police escorted ride. Great to see them involved. Sunday MMTA ride was cancelled because of rain. No details of if there will be another one.... stay tuned. |

| Bike Blessing 09 was a rainy day but still made it out to enjoy the ride! This year was very organized with a police escort for the parade through the town of Truro, a Charity BBQ, food for the food bank, Vendors on site.. and a great blessing for all us bikers.. |

| More Details - the bike is a Sportster 883 Hugger 2001, the black paint has silver flake in it and the pink flames look kind of like lace, you can see the black through it, the front fender has a pink cross on the back , it only has a little over 20,000.00 km on it and the pipes have some scratches on the underside . the windsheild has been soldered to fit the bike, so it is unmoveable. There are some recognizable scrathes - there is also a little Steve Drane Harley Davidson, Victoria BC sticker on the oil cap. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
